Refund policy

All sales are final. No refunds/exchanges/cancellations unless at the fault of the seller. If you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please contact us within 48 hours if there is a problem with your order. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, custom items, or gift cards. However, in some instances, a store credit may be issued.

In the rare event a refund is given, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. In addition, there will be a 15% restocking fee and shipping charges will not be refunded.
